The old Tösse has been around since 1920 with the ambition to deliver quality. The owner Mattias Ljungberg is no exeption. With two medals before taking the gold medal in the swedish pastry chef of the year competition he is well respected in his field. Tösse is still a traditional patisserie and therefor traditional filtercoffee and the way of enjoying it still applies.
Mattias chose to work with organic coffee with the same high standards that he puts in his organic pastryworks. Now you can enjoy a carefully roasted Brazilian Tileco, brewed with infusion the scandinavian style - strong, with a good qualty water and relatively high amounts of disolved solids(22).
